The early years have a crucial influence and may become the most important phase in children’s life. The role of preschool education is to prepare children for the journey of life-long learning. To develop & prepare long-life learners, students inquire into & learn about such significant issues in the context of “units of inquiry”, each of which addresses a central idea, relevant to particular trans disciplinary theme from PYP (Primary Years Programmes) of the IB approach. It is believed student learning is best done when it is authentic-relevant to “real” world. Besides using such exciting resources & hands-on materials in a fun & loving environment, we also use Montessori apparatus to support the learning process.
We do emphasize physical & social development of our student. By using specialized motor development equipment, we hope that they can naturally develop their sense of balance, physical co-ordination & awareness of space & direction.
On the other hand, one of the education parts is to let the children have naturally curiosity about the world they live in. They need to know their environment through the experiential learning, such as field trip & doing simple experiments.
