Curriculum applied at elementary level is KTSP whose content standard refers to 2006   content standard. By applying KTSP, the students are developed and measured based on each student's competence. Starting from Grade 1 to Grade 4, Stella Maris applies thematic learning system in which the themes are determined and adjusted to the standard of competence on different subject so as to make the students focus on certain theme for all subjects.

Under KTSP system, each student is measured for his/her competence in the form of Cognitive, Psycho-motor, and Affective evaluation. Parents, then, will receive students' report on these three aspect and also narrative repost. Hopefully, this form will provide parents with more complete information of their children's development.
