Inspired by the "Law of Conservation of Energy" Albert Einstein, there is a formula called "Law of Conservation of Entrepreneurs" with different content.
E = MC2
E: Entrepreneur, M: Mindset, C: Courage, C: Creativity
Employers formed by Mindset, Courage and Creativity.
The first point is the mindset (mindset). This is very crucial and substantial. Entrepreneur is about a mindset, not a job. Basic characteristics of a successful entrepreneur is about how to manage a mindset (mindset). It is very crucial for a successful culmination of the estuary comes from a mindset.
So, anyone could be a businessman, good employees, teachers, architects, even janitors though!
The right mindset to make an entrepreneur is one step ahead towards success. Thus, in order to succeed in business, you should begin to regulate mindset of thinking and acting as one. Every entrepreneur should have the right mindset beacuse the journey to success is not easy and full of obstacles. As an aircraft experiencing turbulence while entering the cloud, that is where serenity and maturity of a pilot tested in controlling the plane in the air. The pilot can be described as a businessman who is struggling to build a business and face a variety of pressures and challenges.
The second point is courage (courage). An entrepreneur must have two courage in him, that is bold and daring act committed. As great and as good as any business plan is made, there will be no result if it is not followed by an action. If you give a maximum effort, then the result will definitely be the maximum. But if your business is only half hearted, do not be surprised if the results could be worse than expected. There's a saying that says that 1 percent of the action is much more important than the 99 percent plan. Therefore, if you willing and determined to become an entrepreneur, then make sure you run all your heart and with full sincerity. Otherwise, you are just wasting your time and energy only.
Next is a bold commitment. No matter how great the challenges and obstacles that block, a tough businessman should go ahead and move. Always remind yourself, why it's time you decide to become an entrepreneur. What are your first commitment in running the business. Make it the spirit to continue to do the best, because the commitment is one key to success in business. Without commitment, we can be sure that the business will not last long. Commitment in a business context is closely related to appointments, time, financial, energy, and thoughts to all involved stakeholders (business partners, investors, employees, governments, businesses other business, etc.). Challenges that commonly occur in the business world is the obstacles of competition among businesses, employees, production, marketing, and the most common is the challenge of dealing with the financial aspects such a loss, debt and cash flow breakdown which is the blood in business. To facing all of that, an entrepreneur must have strong physical and mental endurance to form a personality into someone tough and resilient, and always ready to face any worst possibilities. If you already have mental and attitude like that, no matter how serious the challenges faced, would be impassable.
The third point is creativity (creativity). Employers should be keen to see any slightest opportunity and process it into a business that is not only profitable, but also sustainable. So thinking it’s not only short-term gains, but long-term thinking that how a business could run into a cash machine in the future. Every great business should be a money machine for the owner. Of course it requires a process, and creativity that play an important role to make the money machine system can continue to run in the middle of the increasingly fierce competition. For examples Google and McDonald's who already have a cash machine profitable and sustainable.
Creativity in finding solutions to any problems that arise is also important. Reality shows that all successful entrepreneurs at certain times has experienced a great shock in the business. If that happens then be thankful, because it is a process of upgrading or increase in the level that would lead you to a higher level. Creativity does not fall from the sky and can be learned by all employers as long as you wants to continue to learn and improve deficiencies. Creativity will continue to sharpen your brain because each new problem may not be solved by old way. As Albert Einstein once said, "We can not solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."
